The following procedures should be met to properly register for an Armenian Heritage Tours trip to Armenia.
1. Completely fill out the form, sign the travel insurance waiver and return to Maro Asatoorian.
2. Send in a photocopy of your passport (name, date of birth, expiration date) along with the form.
3. Send a check for $400 per person along with the form to:

BAGGAGE PER PASSENGER: Two pieces, which together have a maximum dimension of 106 inches. The dimensions of either bag may not exceed 62 inches and 50 pounds, plus one carry-on not exceeding 10 pounds.
TIPS AND TAXES: Service charges and taxes imposed by hotels and local governments are included except airport taxes, which may be imposed locally upon departure. Tips to guides and bus driver are NOT included.
NOT INCLUDED: Not included are passport, visa, insurance, laundry, tips to drivers and guides, excess luggage, services of personal nature, alcoholic beverages, meals or services other than those mentioned specifically.
CANCELLATION CHARGES: If you cancel your tour for any reason (including any illness or worse), we will refund your payment, but will be obliged to deduct the following penalties (provided all requests for refund are made in writing):
Prior to 90 days before departure $200 Operational fees
From 89 to 60 days before departure 20% of total package amount
From 59 to 30 days before departure 40% of total package amount
From 29 to day of departure 80% of total package amount
CANCELLATIONS DURING THE TOUR: Due to pre-arranged services and pre-paid hotel rooms, any days of tourism you miss or choose to skip will not be refundable. In case of any illness that may cause you to cut your trip short, or not stay with the group’s itinerary, it is wise to keep your hospital receipts, as travel insurance companies will require them to make a claim. Sidon Travel will not be responsible for hotel rooms and tours not used, and cannot provide a refund for them, once the tour has begun.
INSURANCE: Sidon Travel & Tourism, Inc. strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance for your trip.
RESPONSIBILTY: Sidon Travel & Tourism, Inc. and/or their representatives are only responsible for making arrangements for your tour with various providers including airlines, hotels, transportation and similar accommodations. The tour participant agrees that Sidon Travel & Tourism, Inc. is not liable for any damage, loss, injury (including death) or expense of any type as a result of any delay, changes in airline schedule, or any act or conduct of the providers, including any insurer under the travel insurance plan, or of any other person. Sidon Travel & Tourism, Inc. is not responsible for any consular, political or military complications created voluntarily or involuntarily by the passengers or any other person. Sidon Travel & Tourism, Inc. reserves the right to decline or accept or retain any person or to change or cancel the tour, if necessary, for any reason. All travel documents, as well as compliance with custom regulations, are the responsibility of the customer.
Passports & Visas: When traveling outside the U.S., a passport is required and must be valid for at least six months after your return. You are responsible for all visas, permits, necessary health requirements, and any other documents as required by laws, regulations and orders of the countries visited.
Baggage Allowance: International baggage allowance policies are changing rapidly. Travel to/from the U.S. normally allows two pieces of luggage and a carry-on, whereas travel within Russia and Armenia only permits one piece of luggage per person. More details will be provided during the group orientation meeting, and will be provided in detail along with your documents.
Special Requests (Seats, Meals, Airline Miles): Seats assignments and special meals can be requested at time of booking. Sidon Travel cannot guarantee confirmation of preferences, as airline group policies dictate availability. Frequent flyer miles can be accrued on most major carriers, but upgrades using mileage is not permitted. For more information, call the airlines directly once you reserve your tour.
Electricity: Electrical adaptors are needed if you wish to take along a hair dryer, electric razor, etc. Most hotels in Armenia and Russia only supply 220 volts.
Safety: Please be aware that during your participation on tours operated by Sidon Travel, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control including, but limited to the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas; travel by automobile, bus, aircraft or other means of transportation; the forces of nature, political unrest, acts of terrorism and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Sidon Travel will not have liability regarding provisions of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. It is understood that Sidon Travel will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken.

Trip Cost: Trip Cancellation: Protects your travel investment if you cancel your trip for a covered reason:

$10,000: Medical Expenses: Covers necessary medical expenses up to one year after the sickness or injury, provided you sought initial medical treatment while on your trip. ($50 deductible applies.)
$100,000: Emergency Evacuation: Covers evacuation and transportation to the nearest adequate medical facility.
